Progetti che serviranno per raccogliere fondi per associazioni umanitarie.

ENGLISH AND EXERCISE = ENGLICISE

WALK YOUR ENGLISH:
Nordic walking around Montecchio, walk and speak English with your teacher
(si individueranno percorsi e sentieri tra Ie colline di Montecchio per praticare il Nordic Walking conversando in inglese)

DANCE YOUR ENGLISH:
Monday evening
20.30 to 22.30

Pride and prejudice: too proud to admit that you can’t dance? Prejudice against folk dancing?
Join us and try our English evening with Scottish, Irish, New England folk dances, country and western country dances which anybody can do. Good exercise, great fun, a chance to practice your English.
At the end of the course a barbecue dinner with country dancing.

Like embroidering? Love knitting? Do it with us, while you enjoy a pleasant conversation in English with your teacher,
warming up with a nice cup of hot tea.

PATCH YOUR ENGLISH:
Thursday evening

Let’s work together and make a patchwork quilt, like in the good ole days, gossiping in English and enjoying ourselves
at the end of the course the quilt and any or your works that you would like to donate will be put on auction and the money will be given to the associazione doctor clown Italy. (Patch Adams: progetto “a patch for PATCH”).

(si potrebbe fare una mostra dei lavori contribuiti con offerte per l’acquisto. “Patch your english” sarebbe per lavorare
insieme ad un’unica coperta patchwork, fatta come si faceva una volta con i ritagli dei vestiti smessi.
Quella potrebbe essere messa all’asta o data come primo premio ad una lotteria, magari anche al barbecue country).

EAT YOUR ENGLISH:
An english lesson at the café, with coffee and pastry. (Thè e pasticcini in Inglese).

COOK YOUR ENGLISH:
Brevissimi corsi di cucina per imparare a cucinare usando l’inglese per comunicare. Il segreto starà non solo nell’insieme degli ingredienti bensì anche nel come li affronteremo in inglese. A whisk, to whip, to bake etc.

CROSS CULTURE ENGLISH:
Five meetings to understand other cultures: India, Shri Lanka, South Africa, Nigeria e Austalia.

STORIES OF REAL WOMEN:
Invitare normali donne extra comunitarie a parlare della situazione della donna nel loro paese e in Italia, da emigrate.
Un modo per imparare che l’inglese serve a unire, a superare barriere culturali, anche se lo si conosce poco, come potrebbe essere il caso anche delle donne straniere chiamate ad intervenire. Il discorso può essere allargato anche all’uomo.
